As a service industry actor , we should be able to recognize the character of any guests / customers who always differ from one another. and before recognizing these characters, I wanted to convey about 10 my personal kindness and ugliness in my own judgment

Easily satisfied with the results that have been achieved

Too many considerations that seemed to slow in making decisions
